Band Bio

Three-piece grunge punk animals hailing from Birmingham, Angry Itch are a leviathan of aggression, angst and just the right amount of self-depreciation. Brough together through a love of loud, brash music, these three lovely gentlemen enjoy drinking, shouting and playing bloody fast.

They’ve become disillusioned with life and this feeling is reflected in their music which captures their frustrations.

Heavily influenced by the grunge aesthetic of the 90s and surrounded by the DIY punk scene, it has shaped their perspective and driven them to make music that is a raw and authentic expression of their experiences.

Press

" An album I knew I was going to enjoy for simply being what it is unpretentious, in your face polical punk rock and all power to them they do it so well. Angry Itch deliver the goods and kick it like it is. Good on em and keep on keeping on. Punk as fuck!"
"Angry Itch are a triumph of the ordinary geezer punk rock everyman."
"This isn’t an album that rests on the bands laurels, it has moved forward, it’s as self aware as you could ever ask an album to be, it deals with all the subjects that affect us all and brings the truth to the masses."
"It’s punk rock that’s had a makeover but underneath is still shouty, guitar driven and lyrically uncompromising."
